LEGS is starting our monthly garden meetings again in September! You are all invited. All are welcome: beginners to Master gardeners alike.

- heirloom varieties of most vegetables are especially flavorful
- distinct colour varieties are attractive, vibrant and healthy
- Increase genetic variety of our food plants
- grow greater resistance to pests, naturally

ANNOUNCEMENT: FALL TEA FUNDRAISER
The cooling weather is calling all tea lovers and tea newbies!
We have the perfect tea combinations for you, from our locally grown, organic community gardens.
Our “Herbs to Tea” team has been busy. We will have bags of 3 of our teas from this year’s herb garden for sale.

All available for a $5 donation per package.
Half of the proceeds from our tea sales go to the Daily Bread Food Bank, to support their programs.
