Our January 16th Garden Meeting: Winter Gardens Never Sleep
2024 Welcome to winter! (we all thought we were getting off easy with a mild, El Niña winter season)
The SNOW is here at last and so is the cold weather.
But your garden is still buzzing with activity, with or without snow and so are we.
Winter Gardens Never Sleep
In our January Garden meet up, the hot topic is our garden in the cold winter.
Learn all about this much over-looked garden season. Many of our backyards look barren and transform into still life art, especially with a coating of fresh snow. But under cover of the leaf mulch or 2 feet of snow, there is a network of busy ‘bees’ keeping our gardens active and growing.
