How it all started:

First, we (mostly Barbara our uber awesome co-chair at LEGS) planted an herbal garden in the south corner of our community gardens, several years ago. Our surplus of herbs grew. We had enough to share. So, we began packaging them and sharing them in our community. Over time, our organic herbal garden grew and grew and grew.

What could be better than locally grown organic tea?

Well, Tatsu’s Bread sold our teas and we have been growing ever since. Read more about our successes here: fall-tea-fundraiser-for-etobicoke/
